CAMEMBERT WITH PAPAYA - Serves 4-6
INGREDIENTS
1 medium-sized papaya (not too ripe), peeled, seeded and cut lengthwise into wedges, about 1" thick.
Melted butter for brushing
1 small or medium sized wheel of Camembert cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the grill.
2. Brush the papaya slices with the melted butter. Place the papaya slices and the whole cheese on an oiled grill screen and place on the grill. Grill for 3-5 minutes turning once. The cheese should run out of the skin when poked with a skewer or sharp utensil. Transfer the cheese and papaya to a serving platter. Serve warm. |
