Introduction: Toute Bagai Publishing Ltd. ("macocaribbean.com") is offering this promotion (the "macocaribbean.com Great Escape Giveaway") open to macocaribbean.com users who register to receive MACO Now Newsletters. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules.

Eligibility: Open to macocaribbean.com registrants who are at least 18 years old. Toute Bagai Publishing Ltd., macocaribbean.com, The Crane, Drive-A-Matic, Daphne’s Restaurant and Champers Restaurant, and their respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Timing: The Giveaway begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Atlantic Time, July 15, 2010, and ends at 11:50 p.m. AT, October 31, 2010, (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: Go to www.macocaribbean.com/register and follow the instructions. After you have submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Drawings: Prize Drawing: The Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about October 31, 2010. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three days (72 hours) after the first attempt to contact him/her, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant. The prize for which an entrant is eligible for entering through macocaribbean.com is a three-night holiday for two in Barbados. Prize includes 3 nights hotel accommodations at the Crane Resort inclusive of breakfast daily and a couples’ massage, 3 day car rental from Drive-A-Matic Car Rentals, dinner for two at Champers Restaurant and dinner for two at Daphne’s Restaurant.
All arrangements are subject to availability and double occupancy for two adults. AIR TRAVEL TO BARBADOS IS NOT INCLUDED. Accommodation blackout dates may apply and are subject to change without notice. Prize must be redeemed at least 30 days prior to requested date for redemption no later than October 30, 2011. Blackout dates (including but not limited July 20 – August 10, November 24 – 28, Dec 20 – Jan 10) may apply. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Prize certificate must be presented for redemption.

Prize Restrictions:

1. Winner and companion must redeem prize at the same time.
2. Prize must be redeemed at least 30 days prior to travel date and all travel must be completed by 10/30/2011
3. Prize is non refundable and non transferable and cannot be converted into cash
4. All arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking
5. Government taxes, surcharges, service fees, gratuities and transfers are not included.

Accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Winner and guest must be 18 years of age. Winner and guest must travel together. All Trip and prize details (including, but not limited to hotels, room, and/or transportation) will be designated solely by Sponsor, and may be changed without notice at any time based on Sponsor's sole discretion.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and country for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
